ALL PARTY PACKAGES INCLUDE GAMES LIKE: PASS THE PARCEL (we provide prizes), MUSICAL STATUES, BALLOON LIMBO, PARACHUTE, TUG O WAR ETC… FOLLOWED WITH ACTIVITIES: COLOURED HAIR STYLING, SIMPLE FACE PAINTING, STICKERS. CONCLUDING WITH MASCOT APPEARANCE FOR THE LAST 15–20 MINS FOR CAKE CUTTING & PHOTOS.

*Simple face painting is not provided for the 1hr / 1 performer package due to time and numbers.

THE SUPER IMPORTANT BITS

  • By submitting your booking form to Super-Hero Parties Australia you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
  • A 'Wet Weather' plan is needed in case of rain on the date of your party. Have the backup plan of having the party at home or in a hall, restaurant etc. If the party is to be cancelled, the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will not be refunded. Parties can be rescheduled to another date provided that a suitable time/date is available.
  • Your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be finalised at the time of sending through the booking form to avoid cancellation. If the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is not received within 24 hours after the booking form is submitted, then the party booking will be cancelled.
  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. If full payment had been previously paid, the refund of the amount minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be paid back to the customer.
  • By filling out the booking form you are confirming a booking with us — if you wish to cancel for any reason before making your deposit, please call our office ASAP so we can free your space.
  • If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your party booking, a full refund of the deposit will be made to the customer.
  • You must contact this office by email to confirm the date of any payment made.
  • Performers require free parking for their event within close walking distance, as they may have much to carry while in their costume.
  • Throughout all of our parties, entertainers will often take images that will be stored on our database to be used on the web page and promotional content. If you do not want photos taken by us, please inform us at any time throughout the booking process.
  • A Public Holiday Surcharge of 15% applies to all party packages.
